Pine Hill RV Park is conveniently located from either I-78 or U.S. Route 222. The campground is easy to reach and our sites are easy to access, with even the biggest of rigs. We feature 125 full hookup sites, 89 of which are pull-thrus. The campground is small enough to care about your needs, with on-site ownership. You will not be lost in the crowd or treated like a number. You will enjoy the refreshing difference that is in the breeze at Pine Hill.

Campground Policies

At Pine Hill we want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, and we care about your safety. If you discover something in need of repair, please don’t hesitate to bring it to our attention. Please understand that management is, under no circumstances, responsible for personal injury to any individual or for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism or other causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or deliberately breaks any of the rules. No refund will be given.

Because camping is an outdoor activity, Pine Hill RV Park will not give refunds due to discomforts of nature.

RV Sites: Check-In Time 2:00 PM. Check-out time 12:00 Noon.

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 8:00AM.

RV Park mowing is Tuesday - Thursday. We must have access to all the grass around sites. Please keep all personal items off the grass during these days. We are not responsible for damaged items left in the grass on mowing days. ALL mowing days are subject to change due to inclement weather or holidays.

Guests: Guests register in the office and park in the overflow lot. There is a fee for all visitors during holiday and special event weekends.

Parking: One RV and one vehicle allowed per site. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. Additional vehicles may be parked in the overflow lot.

Speed Limit: 5 MPH or less. Please watch for children.

Golf Carts: Permitted, with proof of insurance.

Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and where-abouts. No bike riding after dark or down parking lot banks. No skateboards.

Absolutely no vehicle washing.

Pets are required to be on a leash at all times and in such a manner as to not constitute a danger or nuisance to other guests. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET IMMEDIATELY. NOT DOING SO WILL BE CAUSE FOR EVICTION. No pets in the store/office. Pets should not be left outside or unattended.

Sewer Rings are available for purchase in the store, please use them to tighten the seal and prevent odors.

Trash: Please place trash in the dumpster, do not leave on site. Please throw all trash to the rear of the dumpster and crush large boxes. Dumpster is for household trash only.

Fire Rings: Fire rings are provided upon request. DO NOT MOVE THEM FROM WHERE THEY ARE PLACED. Do not burn wood containing screws, nails, etc. Fire must be out before retiring for the night.

Satellite Receivers are to be placed in the gravel only so grass can be mowed.

Not Allowed: Power tools, beer kegs or balls, clotheslines on trees, carpets/mats on grass.

No Fireworks or any type of explosives are to be discharged at any time. No firearms are allowed on property.

PLEASE do not walk through other campsites.

Our campground operates on well water. We have sufficient water for a full park under normal circumstances. However, we need your cooperation with the following:

  • ABSOLUTELY NO HOSE WASHING OR SPRAYING OF ANY VEHICLE. A bucket and brush to clean your windshield is OK.

  • When filling your fresh water tank or flushing your tanks, please don’t walk off and forget the water is running. Please be sure all hose connections are not leaking; We will be happy to provide a hose washer if you need one.

Cancellation Policy: If notice is received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be given. No credit or refund for cancellations less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival or for no-shows. Cancelled reservations will be charged by credit card for the full amount of the reservation. Also, holiday and special event weekends must be cancelled 14 days prior to scheduled date of arrival dates, or you will be charged the full weekend amount. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather.
